Our warehouse works diligently to get all of our dates to your doorstep (or email inbox) in a timely fashion every month for subscriptions, or from when your non-subscription order was processed and will ship out. Once your date/Happily product has been prepped for shipping you should receive an email with a link to track your delivery.

We recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for handling/processing time for any non-subscription orders depending on the shipping choice (Free, Standard, Express). 

If you have not received your tracking email, the most likely culprit is the email being sent to a Spam or Junk inbox in your email. Please check there first, and if found mark it as "Not Spam/Junk" to ensure it continues to be delivered to you in the future.

For our Happily subscription boxes our goal is to get them to you around the 15th of every month (and ship them by the 10th). 

If it is getting close to the day for delivery and you haven't received your tracking email, and it was not found in your Spam/Junk mailbox, please contact our Customer Support team at support@thehappily.co Be sure to include your account email address, first and last name, and the address the product/box should be delivered to help them locate your tracking information.
