Update Your Shipping Address
Your first step should be to update your address on your Happily account so that we have the most up to date information possible. For more details on how to update your address, click here.
No longer have access to previous address?
If you no longer have access to the previous address, and do not have mail forwarding setup, please contact our Customer Support team at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can provide more information for your specific situation.
Mailed to an invalid address?
If your Happily box or product was mailed to an invalid address, please double check and/or update your shipping address in your account and then contact our Customer Support team at email@example.com for more information.
Please note, that in an effort to get all of our dates and products out the door on time, we being processing orders as soon as possible. This means that any address update changes for subscription orders need to be made before the 1st of each month to be applied to that month's box.
Any address changes placed with a non-subscription Happily order should be requested immediately after purchase to avoid the product shipping to the wrong address. Contact support ASAP here: firstname.lastname@example.org
Our shipping service does not include the forwarding of any Happily product/date with your mail to an updated address. Please make sure we have your correct, up to date address on file, as we will ship to the address on file and cannot be responsible for incorrect shipping addresses.
