Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month. After renewal we are unable to refund the charge so we ask that you stay on top of your subscription billing. Please make sure that any necessary upgrades or cancellations are made prior to the 1st of the month.

Once a subscription renewal occurs processing begins and a datebox is prepared for shipment. Once this process begins we are unable to cancel your subscription and prevent that month's box from being shipped.

If your account has renewed and you'd still like to cancel, you can set your account to cancel by accessing the Subscription page in your Happily account and click "Cancel Subscription". Scroll to the bottom of the page and there will be another button that lets you complete the cancellation process. This will ensure that your subscription will not renew for the following period.
